Long Term Consumption of Mushrooms and Algae May Reduce Risk of All-Cause Mortality

Results of this large prospective cohort study show that participants who maintained regular intake pattern overtime of mushroom and algae consumption appeared to be inversely associated with all-cause mortality (HR = 0.86, 95% CI, 0.76, 0.98), as compared with participants who had rare intake patterns.
